Student will apply Lean Six Sigma methods and present
results daily. Participate in a team competition. Complete at
least one successful project (identified by top management).

Need Assessment based on time spent in factory studying processes,
speaking with employees, observing the general company culture

Kaizen Events. We can run the Kaizen events as Coaches, Facilitators,
or Project Managers. The events can be one, two, three or five days.
