Garcia Continuous Improvement (GCI) Engineering offers a wide range of
custom education, consulting, and engineering services in support of
continuous improvement programs. GCI is dedicated to helping client

our customers by reducing waste and variation to achieve profitability.

Professionals:
Jose F. Garcia - Lean Specialist, Six Sigma Black Belt with 25 Years
experience in Manufacturing as an Engineer , Engineering Manager,
Operations Manager, and Consultant. Holds a Mechanical Engineering
Degree from UMass Dartmouth and an MBA from Southeastern New
Hampshire University. Extensive work with manufacturing processes,
machine design, improvement, and control

Firmina P. Garcia - Specialist in Medical Laboratory testing and analysis.
Firmina has 20 years of experience in the medical field, from small Doctor’s
Office to Medical Centers in MA, NH, and KY. Holds a BS from UMass
Dartmouth, and is working on an MBA.
